Vrindavan (Mathura) : Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) President Lalu Prasad Yadav has tagged Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi as ‘joker’ questioning his political knowledge. Lalu made this remark during his visit to Sitaram ashram in Vrindavan in Uttar Pardesh on Saturday when he was asked about the ‘Khat rally’ of the Congress leader in the state.

Predicting Samajwadi Party’s win in the coming Uttar Pradesh elections, Lalu said:

· SP would once again form government in UP by winning 2017 Vidhan Sabha elections.

· Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) or Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) can pose no challenge to Mulayam Singh’s party.

Lalu’s remark over Rahul came as a shocker as his party Rashtriya Janata Dal(RJD) was part of Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) at the Centre and he had been Minister of Railways during that regime.

It could be mentioned here that Lalu, at several platforms, has been quoted as saying that standing along with Congress is better than being on communal saffron party’s side.
