Lucknow: A day after the banners and posters against Jawaharlal Nehru University Student Union (JNUSU) president Kanhiya Kumar were seen donning the walls of Sangam city of Allahabad, the Youth Congress distanced itself from these.

“Youth Congress has nothing to do with those posters and an enquiry has been ordered in this regard,” Ankit Parihar, the zonal YC leader told newztrack.com. The posters were against Kanhaiya's recent controversial remarks on Indian Army.

What is written on the banners?

Kanhaiya ham sharminda hain, tu bharat me zinda hai. Sainik hamari jaan hain, wo bharat ki shaan hai. Jis din tumko marenge, chatra kalank utarenge.”

It may be recalled that the Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi had visited JNU campus in support of Kanhaiya.

The posters were attributed to Youth Congress.
