Congress don't know the difference between 'chana' and 'moong': PM

Bhilwara: Campaigning for the assembly elections, which will take place on December 7 in Rajasthan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held rallies in parts of state.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Rahul Gandhi also addressed public rallies in the state within the day.

Addressing the rally, PM Modi lashed out at Congress launched the attack on Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi.

Attacking Congress, PM said that their party gives lessons on patriotism but questioned his government when the surgical strike was carried out.

Modi stated, "When the Army carried out the surgical strike going into the enemy territory, the whole country felt proud but the Congress raised questions on it and demanded video proof. Will commandos carry cameras to provide proof."

WHAT PM MODI SAID IN KOTA

- The Congress is only obstructing the BJP government for developing the state of Rajasthan. They are stopping Rajasthan from growing

- Similarly, the BJP government took upon itself to reduce the price of LED bulbs from Rs 400-450 per bulb during Congress' time to Rs 50-60 per bulb during BJP's time.

- The BJP government has given gas connections to 12 crore households in the four years that it came to power

- The BJP government under Vasundhara Raje in Rajasthan has replaced wooden 'chulhas' with gas connections and at a subsidised cost.

- 55 crore people have been given health services through the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. In the two months after its launch, 3 lakh people have gotten surgeries and organ transplants done. Imagine the scale it will soar to in due course of time. The government will bear the expense of Rs. 5 lakh crore for this scheme.

- In four years the Congress gave broadband connection to 59 villages. Modi gave broadband connection to 1 lakh villages in the same time

- Those who laundered that Rs. 90,000 crore were investigated by Modi. And, that is why the Congress is attacking me. But you can stop this by one vote. You need to choose

- Modi investigated into bogus [deals of the Congress] when someone[Sonia Gandhi] was remote-controlling the government. Subsidies of food, gas and health facilities were given to fake identities at the expense of the national treasury which is the taxpayer's money.

WHAT PM MODI SAID IN BANSWARA

- 1.25 crore houses were built, keys were distributed, people celebrated Diwali too. Seven lakh homes in Rajasthan, one lakh in Banswara. Your vote will bring BJP to power and poor will be benefit

- Congress talks about farmers... But, naamdar does not know if Chana (chickpeas) grow on a tree or a plant. They do not know the difference between Moong (mung bean) and Chana and they talk about farmers’ welfare

- Tribal communities have existed for thousands of years. Did they not make sacrifices during the freedom struggle? Did they not contribute in the nation’s development? You know this, I know this, history knows this but Congress does not know this

- Congress never thought about welfare of the tribal communities. It was only under Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji's leadership that a dedicated Ministry of Tribal Affairs was created.

While PM Modi will be addressing rallies in Bhilwara, Dungarpur and Kota, Rahul Gandhi will begin the tour of poll-bound Rajasthan by visiting the dargah of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti in Ajmer, followed by a visit to Pushkar Sarovar. After that he will leave for Pokhran in Jaisalmer where he will address a public meeting.

HM Rajnath Singh will cover Rajakhera, Basedi and Virat Nagar (in Jaipur) while UPCM will address public meeting in Pokhran.
