New Delhi: Congress supremo, Rahul Gandhi alleges 'Exam Warriors' writer, Modi, of flinging Parliament to address students at Jalandhar, to avoid questions on BJP's infamous deal,Rafale.

Asks will the PM send a proxy?Once again PM Narendra Modi is on the radar of Rahul Gandhi for abstaining from Parliament. The Congress President accused Mister Modi of avoiding the Parliament and 'fleeing his open book Rafale exam' to lecture students in Punjab.

In a tweet on Thursday, RaGa wrote that Modi is trying to escape the trials of the controversial Rafale deal. This is why he evaded the Parliament session and instead fled to Jalandhar to lecture the students of a private university.

It is to be mentioned that PM Modi was in Jalandhar to inaugurate the Indian Science Congress and to address the students of a private university, on Thursday.

However, the program was pre -planned but it didn't stop Rahul from taking a dig at the PM by accusing him of not attending the Parliament session because of the Rafale issue. His tweet was directed at the Rafale debate that has become the hotbed of politics right now. The Congress has been constantly nagging Modi to speak up on the matter.

The Congress head posed four questions on the Rafale deal on Wednesday night. Which they have termed advance 'questions of the exam':

Q1. Why 36 aircraft were bought instead of 126 ?

Q2. Why 1,600 Cr rupees were spent instead of INR 560 Cr per aircraft.? Why AA instead of HAL?

Q3. ----

Q4. Will Mr Modi come or instead send a proxy?

Talking about the third question that was missing from the questionnaire RaGa asked the PM to spill the beans on the matter "why Goa CM Manohar Parrikar keeps a Rafale file in his bedroom and what does the file contains?"

Rahul was referring to the audio recording in which Goa health minister is heard saying that Parrikar once told him in a cabinet meeting that he has files related to the Rafale deal in his bedroom.

The audio tape was released by Congress and the BJP ministers stated that the tape was doctored and central agencies should be hired to scrutinize the authenticity of the tape.

Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that the PM who has written a book called 'Exam Warrior' is scared of taking the exam on Rafale deal.
