Digital economy to be adopted as way of life: Modi in parliamentary meet

New Delhi: Choosing BJP parliamentary party meeting as the platform to attack the opposition on the last day of winter session of the parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that that previously, the ruling party indulged in doing scams but the present day ruling dispensation was working against the black money.

Without mincing words, the PM said that for Bharatiya Janata Party, the country will remain supreme unlike Congress which always thought of the party and political interests. Recalling foundation of Bangladesh 45 years ago on this day, he remarked, targeting mainly Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, at that time opposition did not ask for the proof unlike now when the army is being asked to furnish proof of its action.

Modi reiterated that the move of demonetisation was a right step towards flushing out the black money and said the digital economy should be made way of life as it was both transparent and effective.
