Delhi University refutes information related to degree of PM
New Delhi: The Delhi University (DU) has once again refused to give information related to the degree of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the grounds of maintaining the privacy of students.
“The University, seeks to maintain the privacy of every student, as a policy matter,” was the RTI response. The information was refuted to a right to information (RTI) query filed by a lawyer Mohammed Irsad.
AAP cries mystery:
"This deepens the mystery around PM's degree. If DU feels it is private info, then under RTI Act, DU should write to PM and seek his permission," tweeted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
