Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday announced an honorarium of Rs 1 crore for the family of Intelligence Bureau staffer Ankit Sharma who lost his life in the northeast Delhi's communal violence.

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday announced an honorarium of Rs 1 crore for the family of Intelligence Bureau staffer Ankit Sharma who lost his life in the northeast Delhi's communal violence.

For now situation is under control in North East Delhi. But the biggest cahllengeis dealing with the rumours spread by chaotic elements. Arvind Kejriwal did meetings with Home Minister Amit Shah for the betterment of the situation and peace in Delhi.

The violence highlighted when people were protesting against CAA. Several people lost their lives and few political faces also came in light after this. Tahir Hussain who is a member of Aam Admi Party alleagedly involve in these viloences.

According to media reports, police team found stones and Petrol bomb in his house. A video was also viral in which the story was beyond anyone's imaginations.

Kejriwal said a family member of Sharma will also be given a government job.

"Ankit Sharma was a brave officer. He was brutally murdered in the riots. The country is proud of him. The Delhi government has decided that his family will be given an honorarium of Rs 1 crore, and a job to one person of his family. May his soul rest in peace," the Delhi chief minister tweeted.

Sharma's body was fished out of a drain in Chand Bagh area last week.

Big Fight against rumours:

Actually, the police has tightened security after the violence. Police are deployed everywhere, but attempts are being made to spread tension through rumors related to violence from many areas.

Police has been ordered to shoot the heretics on sight. Apart from this, NSA( National Security Advisor) Ajit Doval did inspection of the situation in Delhi. There was a meeting with CM Kejriwal and police officials, including Home Minister.

CM Kejriwal announced compensation:

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has made a big announcement in view of the death of many people and the situation of the injured in the Delhi violence. Apart from providing free treatment to those injured in the violence, he has also announced a grant of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the deceased. At the same time, 2 lakh rupees will be given to the seriously injured.
