Mayawati said that the BSP would not form an alliance with the BJP at any cost. But the people of Congress and SP are falsely campaigning for an alliance. This is being done so that in the by-election of 07 assembly seats in UP, the Muslims should not vote for the BSP. He made it clear that the BSP has no alliance with the BJP nor will it. Because his party's ideology does not match the BSP's.

We are very strong as a team:

The BSP supremo said that he and his party are very strong and will defeat SP in the upcoming MLC elections. He said that in the past, she never bowed down during the alliance with BJP. The BJP used the CBI and ED to pressurize them. He made it clear that she was neither going to come under any pressure nor was she going to retire.
