BJP's parliamentary board will take a call on CM face: Maurya

Lucknow: Crediting PM Modi's wave behind saffron party's strong show in the high staked Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) Uttar Pradesh chief Keshav Prasad Maurya on Saturday said party parliamentary board will take a call on the chief ministerial face.

He also invited Akhilesh Yadav, Mayawati and Rahul Gandhi to relish 'Ghujia' sweet with them.

"Modi wave which began in 2014 Lok Sabha elections, continued in 2017 and the momentum will go beyond the 2019 general election," said Keshav Prasad Maurya.

For the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders and supporters Holi has advanced by two days. For, they have started celebrating the festival of colours on Saturday itself after the trend and results on television screens suggesting that the BJP is heading towards a two-third majority in Uttar Pradesh.

There is completely different picture at the party offices of Samajwadi Party (SP), the Congress and the BSP in contrast.

As per the current trends, BJP is leading on more than 300 seats, SP-Congress on 71 and others are leading on 8
