BJP Spokesperson Sambit Patra donates blood plasma

New Delhi: BJP Spokesperson Sambit Patra recently won the fight with corona virus. Now, he donated his blood plasma in Medanta Hospital Gurugram for helping corona patients.

Sambit Patra donated his blood plasma for corona patients:

BJP leader Sambit Patra donated his blood plasma at the Medanta Medicity Hospital in Gurugram on Monday. Sambit Patra himself informed about this. He said, 'I have donated my plasma. I myself was infected with the corona virus but I recovered from covid19. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a clear message that we should save lives for others.'

"I urge those who are fit and have recovered to donate plasma as it could save lives," he added.

BJP leader Sambit Patra appealed people to donate blood plasma. Those who won the fight with corona can donate their plasma and can save the lives of other patients by donating plasma.

Delhi Govt set ups Plasma Bank:

Plasma therapy is useful in treating severe corona virus infected patients. This therapy has been successful in saving the lives of patients but this therapy is not even 100 percent effective.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the first blood plasma bank in Delhi. These banks made to help corona patients in the country.

On Monday, 24248 new cases of covid-19 reported in the country and 425 people died. With this, the total number of infected people and deaths in the country has increased to 6,97,413 and 19,693 respectively.
