EC no more interested in fair election, just want BJP in power: Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi: Hitting out at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said that people in the party are greedy for power and money.

Kejriwal took to the social networking giant Facebook and raised questions over the claims made by the Bharatiya Janata Party of being a party of Hindus.

Kejriwal said, "The BJP is not a party of the Hindus. It is a party of the people, who are greedy for power and money. Forget the Hindus, the BJP will not spare even its own for power and money."

Kejriwal had on Sunday made fun of the saffron brigade by saying that "weren't the Patidars Hindus? Weren't the Dalits Hindus? Then why did this government punish them?".

What else Kejriwal said?

  • Last year, the BJP government in Gujarat ordered to open fire on protesting Patel youth.
  • Many of them died. Those boys were Hindus.
  • Few months back, BJP got Dalit boys beaten up in Una district.
  • The whole nation saw that video on social media. Those Dalit boys were also Hindus.
