Three other BJP legislators, Prakash Dwivedi, RK Singh Patel and Rajkaran Kabir, managed to swear-in at the last moment of the three-day special session that began on March 28.

Now, the Vidhan Sabha will seek fresh approval from the Governor after which the left out MLA will be able to take oath of the post.

Members who failed to appear in this three-day session of swearing-in ceremony will not be eligible to sit in the assembly before taking oath, along with they will not be able to claim their TA and DA.
