Asaduddin Owaisi targets RSS on Krishna Janmbhoomi & Idgah Case

New Delhi: The appeal filed in the Shri Krishna birthplace case in Mathura was accepted by the district court on Friday. Notices have been issued to all the four defendants, including the Shahi Masjid Idgah Committee, now the next hearing in the matter is to be held on 18 November.

After this appeal was accepted, now political parties have started reacting to it. On this matter, Asaduddin Owaisi, the head of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, also expressed his reaction on Saturday.

Targeting the National Self-Service on social media Twitter, he said that people should be careful with the Sangh's views. Taking a dig at the Congress.He said that the Congress also has the support of the Sangh somewhere so that they succeed.

Referring to the decision related to Babri Masjid, he said that the decision there has strengthened the Sangh Parivar. He said if we still do not warn, the Sangh may also launch a more violent campaign in this direction. He said that the dispute between Shri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sangh and Shahi Idgah Trust was settled in 1968, things have been going on since then, now the issue is being revived after the verdict on Babri Masjid.

A case is being filed in the court regarding this. While the petition filed earlier was not accepted, the petition has now been accepted again. Its signs are not good.

Owaisi had earlier stated that "The Place of Worship Act 1991 forbids changing the place of worship. The Ministry of Home Affairs has been entrusted with the administration of the Act, what will be the response in the court? Shahi Idgah Trust and Sri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sangh Resolved this dispute in October 1968.
