Varanasi: Launching a withering attack on the ruling Samajwadi Party (SP), Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah on Saturday said mafias are ruling the state.

“The law and order situation in the state is known to all. The state is being ruled by mafia and the public is suffering due to cold war between ‘Chacha-Bhateeja’,” Shah said while addressing the Swabhiman rally of Apna Dal in Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh.

Owes debt to Uttar Pradesh:

The BJP president claimed his party will win majority of seats in the coming Assembly elections in the Uttar Pradesh.

Attacks Congress:

Mincing no words, Shah said that Congress has no right to ask what the BJP gave to the country in two years but they should tell what the Congress did in ten years.
