Amar Singh is back with bang, to host grand reception in Delhi

Lucknow: Amar Singh is back in his old 'avatar' of playing host to who is who of India amid speculation of returning to Samajwadi Party.

Former SP general secretary has organised a reception for Aditya Yadav , son of senior Uttar Pradesh minister Shiv Pal Singh Yadav, and his newly wed Rajlaxmi in New Delhi on Saturday evening which is going to be a mega affair socially as well as politically.

Being arranged at the residence of Zee group Chairman Subhash Chandra, the reception in the national a capital is being sen as 'show of strength' by Amar Singh in political, social and business circles.

Though Prime Minister Narendra Modi, several Union Ministers,Uttar Pradesh Chief ministyer Akhilesh Yadav, his father and brother of Shiv pal , the SP President Mulayam Singh Yadav besides big wigs of business community are some of the invitees at the bash which will show, present and establish Amar Singh once again in the circles he belonged ,perhaps.

There has been simmering discontentment over Amar Singh joining the SP again but his proximity to Mulayam Singh and now in the changed scenario also with Shiv Pal has left Ram Gopal Yadav and Mohd Azam Khan, both vocal against him, isolated. Akhilesh Yadav's presence at the reception tonight will put a stamp on the approval of Amar Singh as being important identity for the party.

He was expelled from SP in 2010 only to be seen sharing dais with the Sp leadership in August 2014 on the occasion of SP formation day. Tonight;s reception hosted by him has already proved his acceptance and formal announcement in this regard is awaited.
