In this case, police arrested Dr. Vivek Tiwari, a medical officer posted in Orai (Jalaun) late on Wednesday. After the arrest, Dr. Vivek confessed his crime and told the police that he wanted to marry Yogita but she refused.

During interrogation, Murderer Vivek said that he had a relationship with Yogita for almost seven years and on Tuesday evening he came to Agra to meet Yogita from Jalaun. Yogita was sitting in the car when the argument started with her. The debate grew so much that he got angry and strangled her to death.

Even after this, he felt that she was not dead, so he brought the knife out of his car and stabbed Yogita on his head, then threw the dead body on the deserted place.
