UP CM Akhilesh Yadav meets governor Ram Naik at Raj Bhawan
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav met state governor Ram Naik here on Wednesday. He was closeted with him for about 40 minutes.
Talking to media persons after the meeting he denied all speculations in this regard and said it was "just a courtesy call ".
According to informed sources, however, he is believed to have discussed with him the current political and other situations in the state. Neither had he demanded any list of his supporters in the legislature party nor did he submit any list.
It puts an end to the speculation that the chief minister has submitted a list of 205 legislators who were in support of his leadership.
