New Delhi: Asaduddin Owaisi has responded by tweeting on the incidents of lynching in the country and the statement of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Hindutva.

Asaduddin Owaisi shouts at Mohan Bhagwat:

Commenting on Bhagwat's statement, MP from Hyderabad and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said, "This hatred is a product of Hindutva. These criminals have the backbone of the Hindutva government."

Tweeting one after the other, Owaisi wrote, "RSS's Bhagwat said, 'Anti-Hindutva lynching' these criminals will not know the difference between a cow and a buffalo, but to kill Junaid, Akhlaq, Pehlu, Rakbar, Alimuddin's name was enough. This hatred is a product of Hindutva. These criminals have the backbone of the Hindutva government."

He further wrote, "The murderer of Alimuddin is garlanded at the hands of the Union minister, the tricolor is put on the dead body of Akhlaq's killer, a mahapanchayat is convened in support of those who killed Asif, where the BJP spokesperson asks if we Can't even kill? Cowardice, violence and killing are an integral part of Godse's Hindutva thinking. Lynching of Muslims is also a part of this thinking."

What Bhagwat said?

In fact, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Sunday said that the DNA of all Indians is the same and that Muslims should not get caught "in this cycle of fear" that Islam is under threat in India.

He also said that those who ask Muslims to leave the country cannot call themselves Hindus. Bhagwat was speaking at a program organized by Rashtriya Muslim Manch on the topic 'Hindustani first, Hindustan first'. He said that people cannot be differentiated on the basis of their method of worship.
