UP: Heavy rains increase cold in Lucknow; see PICS

Lucknow: In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, rain amidst cold and fog has also increased the problems of the people. There has been heavy rain after a light drizzle since around 8 am on Thursday. The Meteorological Department said that there may be hail in many adjoining districts including Lucknow. This is expected to increase further in the coming days. Due to this, a drop in day temperature can be seen more than before. With this Lucknow came out of the havoc of Cold Day. The cold winds blowing continuously for 5 days in entire UP had shivered the people fiercely.
