New Delhi: Hindu Mahasabha president Kamlesh Tiwari who has been jailed under the National Security Act for some comment on prophet Mohammed was provided no relief on Friday by the Supreme Court where he had moved a bail petition after the same was rejected by the High Court.

He can draw some relief from the fact that the apex court has asked the lower court to conclude the hearing within a time-frame, four weeks.

Tiwari was arrested by the police in December 15 for the comments.
