Here is why Shah Rukh Khan will not work with SLB any time soon!

Mumbai: We all know that Shah Rukh Khan had turned down two projects offered by Sanjay Leela Bhansali over a year ago, but as per the fresh updates, the two legends in the business are not likely to unite in near future, at least till the end of 2018.

Over a year ago, SRK had said in an interview that Bhansali had offered him two projects including a period drama, but he could not sign any of them because of his business with other projects.

As per an informed source, Shah Rukh Khan had several meetings with Sanjay Leela Bhansali last year but nothing worked out well. "SRK had to eventually turn down the projects politely," the source added.

This, however, has not affected anything between the actor and the filmmaker as both of them are very professional.

Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy filming for Aanand L Rai's 'Zero' that is set for a Christmas release this year. There have been reports that the superstar has agreed to meet Siddharth Roy Kapur who is producing the Rakesh Sharma biopic titled 'Salute'.

It is worth mentioning that Shah Rukh Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali have worked together in blockbuster movie 'Devdas' that released in 2002.
