I am not playing an actress in Sanjay Dutt's biopic, confirms Sonam Kapoor

Mumbai: Sonam Kapoor, who is presently gearing up for the release of the film Veere Ki Wedding confirmed that she will be also a part of Sanjay Dutt's biopic.

Though, she did not confirm that whether she would play the role of Sanjay's love interest or not.

Sonam, who was rumoured to play the role of Tina Munim or Madhuri Dixit refuted the rumours and stated, "My role is small but it is very important. I am not playing an actress. I am not allowed to say anything, but, I love working with Rajkumar Hirani. He is one of the reasons why I said Yes to the movie."

On the work front, the actress is busy with Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga with father Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla, and will begin shooting for The Zoya Factor soon.

The movie Veere Di Wedding also stars Sumeet Vyas, Kareena Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
