Has Deepika Padukone turned down 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage' sequel?

Mumbai: Bollywood's diva Deepika Padukone, who marked her Hollywood debut with superstar Vin Diesel in xXx: Return of Xander Cage last year, has not yet confirmed that whether she will be a part of its sequel or not.

The movie, however, did not go well neither at American Box Office nor at Bollywood Box Office. But the director, DJ Caruso, was happy with the film’s super success in China and announced a sequel to the film immediately. He even confirmed on Twitter that Deepika will be a part of the film.

Well, is Deepika actually a part of the film is not sure yet! According to the very close sources to Deepika, she has neither said yes nor has been offered any contract.

On the work front, Deepika has just given a nod to Vishal Bhardwaj’s next with Irrfan Khan till now. Due to her back injury, she has just signed only one film till now.
