Uttar Pradesh Fitness Center & Gym Association writes to CM Yogi for opening Gyms

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Fitness center and Gyms Association has written to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh regarding the opening of gyms in the upcoming unlock phase.

Gym owners are facing a lot of financial stress due to the lockdown for approximately 8 months out of the total 14 months since corona came.

In UP there are about 20,000 gyms and there 8-9 lakh people depend on the gyms for their survival. In the current situation many gym owners are not in a position to pay rent , fixed electricity and water charges etc, so they are shutting down their business.

This will lead to massive loss of jobs in our industry.We request the hon'ble CM to please consider our request and please allow the gyms in the upcoming unlock phase.
