Got confused ! Yes, this Dr Dolittle is a new wonder medical diagnostic robotic machine which will do your pathological testings, give the findings and even dispense the medicines at one click . This whole process will take hardly 12 minutes and the machine named Dr Dolittle costs about Rs 12 lakh.

Uttar Pradesh government is going to instal these machines in 500 Primary Health Centres (PHCs) of the state in phased manner to augment the medical services of the state, Health Minister Sidharth Nath Singh said here on Thursday. He said this hi-tec technology will not only save time but also the manpower to a greater extent.

The budgetary sanction for this have been through and installation will start soon, he added.
