SHOCKING! The much hyped Yogi government fails RSS test

Lucknow: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Wednesday stamped the general perception about poor functioning of Yogi Adityanath-led BJP government in Uttar Pradesh lambasting the latter for mis-governance and corruption in the government as well as in the organisation.

The review meeting by RSS which took place at Chief Minister's residence concluded on discordant note with senior Sangh functionaries expressing strong reservation over the way of governance which according to them left a lot to be desired, the inside sources revealed.

Among the attendees were Sah Sarkarvah Dattatreya Hosabale, RSS Joint General Secretary Krishna Gopal, Rashtriya Sah Mahamantri (Organisation ) Shiv Prakash, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP UP President Mahendra Nath Pandey, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, BJP's state general secretary Sunil Bansal and several senior ministers.

There has been a debate over lack of political initiative and lacklustre performance of state bureaucracy since last few months and the RSS in its review also pointed out the same and even went to the extent stating if it continued , it would be more than difficult for the party to get 50 seats in the next Lok Sabha elections compared to 73 in 2014.

Emphasis was placed on accommodating the senior BJP workers to important posts and the organization will be formed for the same. "People of Uttar Pradesh have reposed faith in BJP by giving a massive majority. In such a way, you all have to work tirelessly throughout," said RSS adding ''BJP has a large team of senior, experienced and youth workers but Yogi government failed to count their experience in government and organisation."
