SHAMEFUL! Class 11th girl gang-raped in Noida in a moving car

Noida: In a shameful incident, a class XI student was gang-raped by her classmates in a moving car and was later dumped near Knowledge park area.

The victim in her complaint to police, on Monday, stated that one of the rapists was her distant relative. Station House officer (SHO) Ram Bhawan Singh stated, "One of them was a distant relative of the victim, while another was her classmate in school. The third accused was unknown to her, and has not been identified yet."

The SHO of Greater Noida Station also stated that girl's parents registered the FIR in the evening of April 18, when she was unable to reach home by the evening.

"The girl’s parents approached the police around 9pm. They said their daughter travelled from her school in Kasna by the school bus and generally reached home by 3pm. When she failed to return by the evening that day, they got extremely worried."

The incident:

The victim missed her school bus and she was offered a lift by three boys in the car.

Instead of dropping her home, all the three boys one b y one gang-raped her and later dumped her on an isolated road.

An FIR has been registered under section 376 D (gang-rape), 363 (kidnapping) of IPC and and provisions of the POCSO ( Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act against the accused relative from Palwal and the other two youngsters.
