Xiamen: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the gathering of leaders at the Plenary Session of the 9th BRICS Summit in China on Sunday.

The Prime Minister spoke on various topics such as poverty, health, sanitation, skills, food security, gender equality, energy, education.
