In this time when world is fighting together to defeat corona virus, we need to follow a healthy routine. Most of the working people are doing their work from home. Most importantly when you are in home, which is your comfort zone too, it is a task to work like a professional.

WHO has declared Corona as Pandemic, everyone is trying to ignore outing. Offices are trying to be more home friendly and employees are working from home. As the atmosphere of home is very different from an office, you must follow some different routine.

WORK FROM HOME:

Here I will tell you about some food and routine, which boost your immunity. So here is the list of doing some activities and food:

Eat Healthy:

As in this tough time of virus, you can not go for a walk after having heavy food. And staying at home is the only option, then eat light and nutritious. Try to include oil free food and take juice in your diet.

Exercise at Home:

Do exercise at home, as gyms and parks are closed. Do yoga at home and make sure you feel energetic. Take juice, protein in your diet.

Walk from one room to other room for four five times in a day. Don't sit in front of your computer for more than an hour, take a regular break in mid of the work.

Sleep is everything:

Take a proper sleep, Sleep almost for 7-8 hours in a day, your body needs rest too. Even if you are not going out, it does not mean that your body is not tired. Your mind always works and it needs a proper rest.

Your cloths:

At home, you have a benefit that you can wear whatever you want to. Wear any cloth, loose t shirt or anything. Make sure you are comfortable in it. This will make you feel fresh and energetic all the time.
