Not many people understood the benefits of 'Detox Foot Pads' when they were first used in Japan.These foot pads need to be placed on the soles of the feet before going to bed.The footpads are worn on feet because they help in circulating the blood and lymph into the torso.These pads meant to detoxify the body, maintain the balance ,boost energy beside helping in reducing joint pain,headache, insomnia, depression and even diabetes. It is easily available in market and can also be made at home.

Ingredients required:-

  1. Onions
  2. Garlics
  3. Water
  4. Self stick gauze pads
  5. Socks

  • Chop garlic and onion.Put it aside.
  • Boil water in a container.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic in the boiling water and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Let the water cool .
  • Pour the mixture in the gauze pad.
  • If the mixture is wet, squeeze the excess out.
  • Patch the gauze pad on the center of the feet.
  • Put the socks so that pads won't fall off.
  • The next day when you will remove the footpads, you will see that the dangerous toxins eliminated from the body have darkened the foot detox pads.
