New Delhi: The summer season has come in the month of February this year, which usually came after the festival of Holi in the month of March. Well, the summer season has come, so are you ready with your cotton cloths, sunglasses and lotion?

Watermelon:

Watermelon contains 90 percent water. It also keeps your skin hydrated along with your body.

Coconut water:

Coconut water is rich in nutrition. It protects you from every stomach disease and also keeps the body cool. Coconut water must be drunk in such weather.

Vegetables like gourd, tinde, pumpkin, beans should be consumed during summer season. This will also keep your body cool and there will be no shortage of water.
