Falahari Recipe:

To make chaat masala, you will need two teaspoon cumin, two teaspoon dry mint, two teaspoon dry red chili, one teaspoon rock salt, one teaspoon sugar, half teaspoon black pepper, half teaspoon mango.

Dry roast cumin seeds in a pan. Keep in mind that do not use any kind of oil or ghee for frying it. Now grind black pepper, red chili, rock salt, sugar and mango powder in the grinder of the mixer and grind it well. If everything is not finely ground in the grinder. So before putting them in the grinder, heat them lightly in the pan without oil or ghee. This will grind all the things easily and finely.

Now add roasted cumin and dry mint leaves and grind it well. Mix rock salt together. Mix all the ingredients well and store them in an air tight container. By the way, this masala is ready in a jiffy. In such a situation, if you want, you can prepare this spice by grinding it fresh. However, you can prepare the recipe by adding the prepared masala in any recipe at once.

You can put this ready-made chaat masala in raita, chutney, tikki, sabudana khichdi or fruit chaat, makhana bhel. Adding this spice will enhance the taste of Falahari recipe.
