Lucknow: The fear of Corona has caused panic all over the world. All people are locked in homes. Such people are also getting time for their families and children. Children are completely imprisoned in homes due to the closure of school and this is the toughest task for the parents.

At the same time, some parents are doing work from home, who are having trouble working due to the problems of children. In such a situation, parents are also raising anger on children. In this situation, the WHO has provided some special tips for parents-

Follow these steps at home:

-Parents should spend this time with their children. Ask your children what they would like to do in their spare time and then spend at least 20 minutes with your children.

-Parents should read books with children, play indoor games, exercise. In addition to this, parents can watch movies, cook together with children.

-Spend the day with children by following the routine. Make your children feel that you will talk to them in their free time.

-You must help the children in their school studies. Also, eat and exercise with them. Do not let the children's routine disturb.

-Children studying in school are keeping all the information related to Corona through social media but as parents, talk about corona virus openly with them.

-Drink their favourite shakes and exercise as it helps in reducing stress. Listen to everything about children and try to understand it.
