Isha Ambani, Anand's new address will be a Rs 450 crore sprawling bungalow
Anand's father, Ajay Piramal had bought the sprawling pad from Hindustan Unilever in 2012. The couple will move into their new bungalow after the grand wedding in December.
Mumbai: Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani's daughter Isha Ambani, who will soon tie knot with Anand Piramal, will be shifting to her new home - a sprawling Worli Sea Facing Bungalow worth a whopping Rs 450 crore.
Anand's father, Ajay Piramal had bought the sprawling pad from Hindustan Unilever in 2012. The couple will move into their new bungalow after the grand wedding in December.
Hindustan Unilever, which had a training centre at Gulita (Name of the Property), sold the property to the Piramals six years ago.
Media reports say that the luxurious five-storey building is a gift from Ajay and Swati Piramal to Isha and Anand.
Features of Bungalow:
- Gulita is spread over 50,000 square feet
- Bungalow has three basements, of which second and third are for services and parking.
- There is an open-air water body too in the basement.
- Other floors house living and dining halls, bedrooms, circular study room and triple-height multi-purpose rooms.
- Lounge and dressing rooms have separate floors.
- There are servants' quarters too.
- The bungalow offers some stunning views of the Arabian Sea.
Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal got engaged in a fairytale ceremony at Lake Como in Italy this September.
