New Delhi: International Women's Day is celebrated every year on 8 March. The main purpose of celebrating this day is to promote the rights of women. For this year, the theme of 'International Women's Day 2021' - Women in Leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world.

Daal:

Adequate iron is found in lentils(Daal). A research has revealed that eating 1 bowl of lentils daily provides 30 percent supply of iron. Therefore, you must also include pulses in your daily food.

Mushroom:

Mushroom is called super food. Cancer antioxidants are found in it. A research has revealed that eating one bowl of mushroom daily can reduce the risk of breast cancer.
