During a conversation with Navi Lubana, he told that whenever he used to go for his modelling shoot, the job of a video director used to fascinate him a lot, and that is why he always used to carefully observe the video director to understand the art of directing. He also said that he had not left the modelling line completely.
Navi Lubana was born and bought up in Jalandhar and has done his MBA in International Business and Finance from Amity University, Noida. Eager to explore new avenues, he later went on to study at California State University, Birkbeck University, London. He worked as a Financial Analyst in American Express and made his family proud.
Even during his college and job days, he always had an active interest in music and video direction. He got his first modelling break in America. He performed his first ramp show at the American University, and there was no looking back since then. His family supported his decision to leave his job and enter the world of Punjabi Music Industry.
His journey till date was not like a walk in a park. He faced many problems; sometimes, his set wasn’t completed on time and not ready for a shoot or sometimes, he was not able to find a suitable place for his shoots. But, amid all of these problems, he thanked God for his amazing team, who made it all possible for him. He says, “With the help and support of my amazing team, even a bad place can easily be turned into something great!”
He aspires to make a mark in this Punjabi Music Industry with his carefully crafted and directed music videos. Since he has done a lot of hard work in life and willing to put all in for his future, has one message for this younger generation that they should work very hard to fulfil their dreams and also not to forget their parents and their smiles.
