On the other hand some people are afraid to eat this fruit because they think that it is harmful for death. Let us try to know about the benefits and harmful effect of litchi.

Lychee should not be eaten in the night or empty stomach. Fresh and red lychees are good for health. Don’t eat green lychees, it can be harmful for your health. Its effect is hot. It has thermogenic properties which means it balances your body temperature. This also keeps the metabolism right.

Hypo glycine A and methylene cyclo propyl glycine chemicals are found in lychee. They work as toxic in the body and prevent the formation of glucose. These two chemicals are more found in raw and less found in ripe lychees.
