Even if you are working from or you are contributing in the safety of nation by just staying at home, what is the most important thing?
Yes! It is your own health. Here we will tell you something to make sure that you are safe from virus and your health is also good. It always sounds good that you are working from home. But it has so many challenges too.
All day sitting in work form home is task, people feels sudden waist area and back pain, because not any movement in your body gives trouble. If you are working at home, then pay attention to the small mistakes happening every day due to which you have to go through physical pain. Especially back pain.
Physical problems at Work From Home:
Work on sitting on bed for hours. Lack of proper height table and chair. Working in squatting position. Do not get up and walk around while it is very important. Drink less water at home than at office. Excess food and more sleep at home.
What to do then?
In Work From Home, most of the time we feel back pain. For avoiding back pain and any other body pain first sit at a proper table and chair.
Take rest on every hour and drink a lot of water. If you have time then walk al least for 5 minutes and take a break from work.
Always notice that in which position you are sitting while working on your laptop, always use a high table and a chair under this.
Under Isolation: How to be healthy?
First do everything, don't skip any activity. Sitting all the time on your sofa is not quarantine. Try to do all the home stuffs.
Help your mother in kitchen. Wash your all cloths and your family's cloths and help them. Do you know these are best exercises if you are at home.
Take care of your flower pots and plants. Regular watering and cleanness is a best idea.
Do exercises like Yoga at home for 30 minutes. Do walk after doing dinner and lunch inside your house. This will help you in digestion.
Drink water time to time for good health and energy.
