Pineapple, bananas and oranges

Melatonin makes you sleepy and can significantly improve the quality of your sleep. Foods like oranges, bananas and pineapple are said to be rich in melatonin and can help you and your partner have a sound sleep without the snoring.

Extra virgin olive oil

To get rid of snoring, simply sip some extra virgin olive oil to moisturise and smoothen your airway passage and prevent the blockage caused by your throat muscles when you sleep.

Soy milk

Dairy products like cow milk can be an agent in increasing your snoring. Cow milk can cause allergic reactions that can lead to congestion, thereby increasing the snores. So replace cow milk with soy milk to get relief from snoring.
