New Delhi: Every time we wake up in the morning and go for morning walks, do exercise, even have a good breakfast daily but the face does not look that bright for which we are so desperate.

So let me tell you that it is not enough to do so, some other things are also necessary which will bring glow on your face as well as you will also look young for a long time by following them.

Here, we will give you some tips as everyone is at home and you have so much time for yourself.

-If you do not consume fish products or fish, you can consume fish oil. It helps in keeping the skin smooth and soft. Also, adult acne can also be removed by this easily.

-Everything you eat or drink has an effect on our body. Take anti-aging foods. Also avoid the consumption of things that dry the skin such as alcohol. Avoid food that has high sugar and white carbohydrate content. Take protein rich items like fish, lean meats, beans and pulses. Eat vitamin-C food and tomatoes.

-Choose men's cream wisely. Properly moisturizing the skin helps in getting rid of fine lines and wrinkles on the face as well as folds. Therefore, it is important to apply men face cream or moisturizer on the face.

-With time, the skin starts losing collagen. Collagen is actually a protein that makes the skin look smooth and youthful. Which leads to wrinkles.
