Australian model Ruby Rose quits smoking

Los Angeles: Actress Ruby Rose said that she has quit smoking. The 'Pitch Perfect 3' shared the news on her Twitter account on Friday.

"On the plus side guess who had to quit smoking! Yay, I am done. I'm finally done... That filthy, smelly, dirty, slowly killing you while you pay for it to suffocate you, is finally out of my life. I quit yesterday. And for my back (and mother ) I'll never start again," tweeted Rose.

This comes after the 31-year-old was spotted smoking on Monday.

Earlier, the MTV VJ had revealed she had back surgery and is being forced to use a cane and wheelchair during her recovery.
