Mumbai: Before the start of cricketing action in world's biggest T20 extravaganza, Bollywood stars are gearing up to thrill the audience with their power-packed performances at the opening ceremony of eleventh edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Wankhede Stadium here on Saturday.

The opening ceremony will be a star-studded affair with stars like Hrithik Roshan, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Tamannaah Bhatia etc set to make the moment memorable.

Defending champions Mumbai Indians and and two-time winners Chennai Super Kings, the most successful teams of the Indian Premier League (IPL), will begin the 11th edition of the Twenty20 cricket tournament with a mouthwatering clash at the Wankhede Stadium.

Opening ceremony time:

The opening ceremony of the cash-rich league will begin at 6:15 IST on Saturday.

The ceremony will be broadcasted live on Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 1 Hindi. All IPL games will also be telecasted on the same channels.
