Lucknow: As the festival of Diwali is just a day away, the preparations for it are on peak. The main attractions of this occasion ranges from diyas to rangolis and how can one forget mentioning sweets!
Taking the saying ‘Kuch meetha ho jaye’ to another level, Newstrack brings to you this easy, simple yet extremely delicious variation of laddoo made out of Parle-G biscuits!!!
-Parle G biscuits (crumbled)
1- In a hot pan add ghee and roast dry fruits for not more than two minutes.
2- Take out the roasted dry fruits and crush it well.
3- Now add more ghee to the pan.
4- Add mawa, powdered sugar and cardamom powder in it and saute for two to three minutes.
5- At this stage, add crushed Parle-G biscuits and roast and mix the ingredients well.
6- Switch off the flame and add crushed dry fruits in it.
7- By applying ghee on your palm, make small balls or laddoo out of the mixture.
