UP government is likely to file SLP against Allahabad HC

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government is likely to file a Special Leave Petition (SLP) against the order of Allahabad High Court seizing power of senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Rama Raman.

According to the sources close to Chief Minister’s office, the government will be filing the SLPsoon.

Earlier, the Allahabad High Court ordered to seize the powers of Rama Raman who was serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway.
