MoS for Defence assures a befitting reply for Uri attack

New Delhi: Minister for State for Defence Subhash Bhamre,on Monday, assured the family of martyred soldiers that a befitting reply would be given to those who attacked security forces in Uri Army Camp. " The whole nation is in shock. 17 of our soldiers lost their lives. we condemn this cowardly act and salute our Jawans. Lets be sure that an appropriate would be given." Family members of martyred soldier Naik S.K Vidhyarthi,urged the Government to give a befitting reply to those who attacked army personnel in Uri.

A High level review meeting was chaired by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Intelligence Bureau Army Chief and DGMO today at 1000 hours after the Army Chief returned from Uri.
