Samajwadi Party-backed delegation of saints reaches Kairana 

Shamli: A delegation of saints led by Acharya Pramod Krishnan has visited Kairana in Shamli districton Sunday to take stock of situation arising out of reported migration by Hindu families due to extortion.

The delegation comprising of Acharya Pramod Krishnam, formerJustice Swami Kalyan Deo, Narayan Giri, Swami Chinmayanand and Swami Chakrapani visited troubled town at around 1215 hours.

The delegation has gone there on the request of Uttar Pradesh government. Samajwadi Party-backed saints will give a report to the government after analysing the situation.
