New Delhi: Saddened over the violence in Jammu and Kashmir after the killing of wanted militant Burhan Wani, the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has decided not to celebrate his birthday.

It may be mentioned that Rajnath had turned 69 on Sunday.

Previously, about 20,000 people marked their presence on the burial of Hizbul Mujahideen’s poster boy Burhan Wani.

Militants along with Burhan Wani were hiding inside a house located in the area. They launched gunfire at security forces in which three militants including Wani were killed.
