LPG Price Update: Commercial Cylinder Rates Surge by Rs 21, Check December Prices

New Delhi: A steep hike in the prices of domestic LPG cylinder has been announced by the Oil companies making the cost of non subsidised domestic cylinders increase by Rs 94 and that of the subsidised domestic cylinder by Rs 4.56.

The new price will come into effect from Wednesday.

The hike will result in inflated prices of the domestic gas cylinders and after this a 14 kg domestic LPG cylinder will cost Rs. 742 per cylinder in Delhi and Rs 1268 will be charged for a 19 kg commercial cylinders.

This hike comes two months after the Oil Ministry of the country has asked the state-run oil companies to raise subsidised cooking gas prices by Rs 4 per cylinder every month to eliminate all the subsidies by March next.
