Agra: The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, on Friday, issued non-bailable warrants against Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kundanika Sharma, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Ashok Lavania and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) activist Shashank Chaudhary for their alleged hate speeches at a condolence meeting.

Earlier on March 1, police had registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the triad under Indian Penal Court (IPC) sections 153 (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place, etc.) and 295A (Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) for their speeches at Mahour's condolence meeting.

Vice president of VHP unit in Agra Arun Mahour was shot dead in the communally sensitive Mantola locality of the city on February 25. These leaders attended his condolence meeting on February 28 and delivered hate speeches.
