Exit polls: Didi to return, BJP to form government in Assam

New Delhi: As a major political gain, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is tipped to grab power in north eastern state of Assam while Mamata Banarjee led Trinamool Congress (TMC) is set to regain power in West Bengal, the various exit polls suggest.

The polling in five Assemblies namely Assam, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerela and Pudducherry concluded today.

The exit polls indicate massive victory for Mamata didi in West Bengal while BJP hopes to clinch power in Assam.
